Operational Reports and Dashboards
In order to start generating reports – you need to perform a setup in the system – describe which reports need to be generated for which production journals.
At the same time, a report can be built both on the basis of the data of one selected journal, and of all the journals of a workshop (a group of journals) or of the entire Company.
Setting up and creating custom reports
Below is described an example of setting up a report for a specific journal; for a group of journals or the Company it is done similarly.

To create a report you need to:
- Specify its name
- Choose a color palette
- Write in your own words what you would like to see in this report.
Based on this, the system automatically creates a more detailed description of the report structure in the «Report content» section. You can edit and supplement this description, thereby clarifying what exactly you would like to see in the report.

The final report can consist of several sections. Therefore, for example, if you want to see two sections in the report «analysis of efficiency in physical indicators» and «forecast on budget utilization», then you can write your request twice in the «report content» section and two sections will appear, under each of which a report will be generated.
Further, you can add, delete, or edit these sections.
The generated reports can have completely different visual representations. For example:
When forming requests you can also specify:
- Formulate the reports as a dashboard or a brief for the manager
- Make a breakdown by days / weeks
- Calculate such-and-such indicator in such-and-such a way
- Do a factor analysis and present it as a chart
- Make several tabs in the dashboard
I.e. the variability of the request can be quite wide!
Generating reports
After setting up the requirements for the reports, all users with permissions to access the production journals can run these reports

When a report is selected, the system automatically shows the last saved version of the report – i.e. with the data that was current at the moment of the last generation of the report (since its generation takes some time and a number of tokens).
If the data in the report is outdated – you can update it by clicking on «Generate again».
You can export the reports to PDF in order to forward them to colleagues by mail or messengers.

In the «Ask about the report» section you can ask additional questions about the journals and the data.
