Voice AI Data Entry for Production Logs
Log Sheet Voice AI lets production teams fill in logs by voice in two ways: the Voice AI Assistant, where an operator dictates entries from a computer or phone, and the Voice AI Bot, which calls responsible employees on a schedule and records their answers as structured log entries. Both write data into the same log sheets, reports, and dashboards.
The Voice AI feature helps you enter data into logs by “talking” to it, and can be used in two ways:
Voice Assistant for entering data
The voice assistant helps you enter data while you are working in the system from a computer or mobile phone. Instead of filling in the fields by hand, you can start the voice assistant and fill in the log entry through a conversation.
Voice Bot for outbound phone calls
The voice bot calls the responsible employees on their mobile phones on a set schedule and asks for the information needed to fill in the log. This way, logs can be kept without even opening the system.
