The Voice AI Assistant captures log entries through natural dialogue: an operator dictates shift data — readings, events, downtime — from a desktop, tablet, or phone, and the system recognizes the values and places them into the right log fields. Entries land in the same log sheet as manual ones, with no typing and no forms.

The voice assistant helps you enter data into the system when filling in a log from a computer, a tablet, or a mobile phone.

To add a record to a log using the Voice Assistant, click the “+ Voice entry” button

The system then starts a voice conversation, asking you questions based on the structure of the production log (its list of columns).

As a result, if the required information has been provided, a new entry is automatically added to the log based on the conversation.

If needed, you can edit the resulting entry manually.
