Refunds and Cancellations

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you will retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features, except where required by applicable law. If we materially reduce or discontinue a paid feature that you have already paid for, we may, at our discretion, provide a prorated refund or service credit for the affected period.
