TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern the use of Logsheet.ai operated by ISOL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.

1. Services

   Logsheet.ai provides digital production logbooks, AI-powered voice processing, and enterprise operational tools.

2. Accounts

   Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials.

3. Subscription

   The platform offers free and paid subscription plans based on usage.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

   Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or unused features, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If we materially reduce or discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we will, at our discretion, provide a pro-rata refund or service credit for the affected period.

5. Acceptable Use

   Users may not:

   • Violate laws
   • Reverse engineer the platform
   • Upload malicious content
   • Abuse AI functionality
   • Conduct spam or scraping activities
   • Attempt unauthorized access

6. Customer Content

   Customers retain ownership of their uploaded operational data and content.

7. Intellectual Property

   The platform software, interfaces, and branding remain the property of ISOL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.

8. AI Features

   AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before operational use.

9. Service Availability

   We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

    The service is provided “as is” without warranties.
