What is a production log?
A flexible tool for recording events on site and automatically generating analytical reports from this data.
Which industries is LogSheet intended for?
For production, manufacturing, construction and transport — from manufacturing, mining and oil & gas to power generation, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, logistics and maritime shipping.
Does LogSheet replace SCADA, MES or APS?
No, it complements them — it digitizes what is recorded manually anyway at such sites.
What information can be kept in the logs?
Almost any. For example - shift summaries, maintenance and repair, walk-arounds and inspections, occupational and industrial safety, instrument readings, permits-to-work, transport, issuing of inventory and work tasks.
What is needed to get started?
Register in the service. After that you can immediately start working.
Is a card needed or a purchase to get started?
No, you can start working on the free plan.
Who can configure the system?
The system has 3 roles – Owner, Administrator – they can configure the system. And Users – they can only fill in and view the logs.
How is the structure of the logs organized?
Hierarchy is as follows: Company → Shop/Area (or another grouping of your choice) → Log; usually logs are grouped by type of work.
Can additional levels be added to the structure?
Yes, you can. To do this you need to write to support.
Can several companies be managed?
Yes, if your pricing plan allows it.
What do the log statuses mean?
Active — open for record-keeping, Read-only — read only, Inactive — available only to administrators.
How to grant access to employees?
Add them as users on the «Roles and access» tab in setup mode and set the value «Full access» or «Read only» in the «Access» column.
What is access granted to?
Read or write access for the Company / the Shop / an individual log.
How does the Voice Assistant differ from the Voice Bot?
Assistant — voice input inside the app; the Bot itself calls employees and enters the answers into the log.
Can a log be kept without logging into the system without a computer or tablet?
Yes — with the Voice Bot it is enough to answer a call.
Does the Voice Bot work without internet?
Yes, only a mobile connection is needed.
Can you configure who to call and when?
Yes, taking into account shifts and the log schedule.
In what formats can data be exported?
JSON, XML, CSV, XLS, PDF or via API — manually or automatically on a schedule.
Can reference catalogs be synchronized with a master system?
Yes, the values are transmitted via API and updated automatically.
Can records be created from sensor data?
Yes — events from sensors, a controller or IIoT create a record via API.
Where is the API documentation?
At api.logsheet.ai.
Can it be installed on your own servers?
Yes, the system image is deployed at the customer site; the cost is individual. If necessary – write to support.
What can be customized with on-prem?
Integration with authorization, email, telephony, the employee directory and catalogs, e-signature setup and other customizations.
Can a customization be ordered?
Yes, on request or through inclusion in the product roadmap.
On which plans are integrations and API available?
On the Enterprise plan.
How is data protected?
Encryption, access control, authentication protection, monitoring and backup; the user is responsible for their own credentials.
What AI technologies are used?
Speech recognition, language processing, AI search and generation of answers and reports.
Can AI answers be inaccurate?
Yes, they should be checked before use in work.
Are my data sold?
No — data is used only for the operation of the service and is not sold to third parties.
