Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Log Sheet?
It's a flexible tool where your team records what happens on site — readings, events, completed work. From there the system turns those entries into reports and dashboards on its own, so the data doesn't just sit there — it goes to work for you.
Which industries is Log Sheet for?
For production, industry, construction and transport in the broadest sense: manufacturing, mining and oil & gas, energy, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, logistics, shipping. If something gets written down regularly on your site, Log Sheet will most likely fit.
Does Log Sheet replace SCADA, MES or APS?
No — it doesn't replace them, it complements them. Those systems cover automation and planning, but some of the data on site still gets captured by hand — and it's that manual part Log Sheet turns digital.
Can I run checklists?
Yes. A log can be set up as a checklist — with items your staff tick off as they go. That's handy for rounds, equipment inspections, shift handovers or health-and-safety checks: you can see at a glance what's done and what's left.
What kind of information can I keep in logs?
Almost anything. Most often it's shift reports, maintenance (MRO), rounds and inspections, health and safety, meter readings, work permits, transport, materials issue and work tasks — but you define the log's structure to fit your needs.
