Voice AI Assistant
How a user launches and works with the Voice AI Assistant
The voice assistant helps you enter data into the system when filling in a log from a computer, a tablet, or a mobile phone.
To add a record to a log using the Voice Assistant, click the “+ Voice entry” button

The system then starts a voice conversation, asking you questions based on the structure of the production log (its list of columns).

As a result, if the required information has been provided, a new entry is automatically added to the log based on the conversation.
If needed, you can edit the resulting entry manually.
Voice AI Assistant settings
The conversation runs according to the voice assistant’s settings (available to users with the “administrator” role).
Settings for the Voice AI Assistant and the Voice AI Bot are shared between the two features and are split into two parts:
Settings shared by all scenarios — configured at the Company level

Settings for a specific log — configured at the level of that log

All settings are distributed between “Basic” / “Advanced” toggle switch.

In basic mode you have only 3 main settings :
- Voise Assistant voice
- Language
- Speech Speed
Advanced mode settings
Advanced mode is more powerful where you can set up:
Choice of AI model, and how strictly it follows the structure of the log during conversations

Speech-recognition quality settings

Choice of voice and the language the bot will speak

Speech settings (pauses and timing during the conversation)

Basic mode settings

In basic mode you can override company settings for a specific log.
And you can define “Prompt” – that is an instruction for Voice Assistant how to lead conversation. This field is generated automatically, adjusting it is recommended only for advanced AI users only.
Advanced mode settings
In advanced mode beside basic mode settings you can:
If needed, you can override the conversation settings that were set at the company level.

You can attach documents that describe your subject area, so that during the conversation the AI assistant has the same context as a knowledgeable person.
These can be — internal rules, technical standards, procedures, process descriptions, etc., that are used in your Company.
For example, for a completed-repairs log you can attach the rules, instructions, or guidelines on how repairs are carried out in your company. The bot will then run the conversation in a way that fits your context.
