Log Sheet Voice AI
The Voice AI feature helps you enter data into logs by “talking” to it, and can be used in two ways:
Voice Assistant for entering data
The voice assistant helps you enter data while you are working in the system from a computer or mobile phone. Instead of filling in the fields by hand, you can start the voice assistant and fill in the log entry through a conversation.
Voice Bot for outbound phone calls
The voice bot calls the responsible employees on their mobile phones on a set schedule and asks for the information needed to fill in the log. This way, logs can be kept without even opening the system.
